Providers
Dr. Eyal Kord is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He has extensive experience in subspecialty urological oncology as well as general urological care including enlarged prostates and stone disease. Dr. Kord is trained in minimally invasive techniques and is a daVinci® certified robotic surgeon.
Originally from Israel, Dr. Kord earned his Master of Public Health in 2020 from Tel Aviv University before earning his Medical Degree in 2014 from Hadassah Ein Kerem in Jerusalem. Dr. Kord completed his post-graduate training as a Fellow at the Society of Urologic Oncology at the Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle in August 2023. In 2021 he completed his Attending Residency at the Department of Urology at the Shamir Medical Center in Zerifin, Israel. He earned his Bachelor in Medical Science from Hadassah Ein Kerem in 2009.
Since 2017 he has published dozens of research and scholarly articles on prostate cancer as his passion is in investigating public health and the impact of urological diseases.
Dr. Kravchick is an Assistant Professor at the Zucker School of Medicine in Hempstead, NY. He has extensive experience in treating chronic pelvic and testicular pain, microscopic stermatic cord denervation, urolift procedures, prostate cancer and general urological care including enlarged prostates and stone disease.
Dr. Kravchick completed most of his academic training in Israel, including his Internship in General Urology in 1983 and his Urological Residency in 2002. In 2009 he finished his Fellowship in Robotic Assisted Laparoscopy from the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Since 1999 he has published dozens of research and scholarly articles on prostate cancer.
With over thirty years of experience, Dr. Kravchick has practiced in Israel, Boston, Syracuse, and most recently at the Arthur Smith Institute of Urology at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY.
Hannah Moore, MSN, FNP-C is from Cato, NY, and earned a Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022 from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Roberts Wesleyan College.
Hannah has 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working throughout Central New York. The majority of her career has been spent at Upstate University Hospital including positions within their
Inpatient Medical Surgical Units and Intensive Care and as an RN. In 2017 Moore transitioned to Upstate Neurology where she was an RN for Upstate Medical University’s neurology residents and a headache specialist. In 2020 she advanced to Upstate Community Hospital and worked in their Transitional Care Unit until 2023 when she found her true passion, delivering comprehensive urological care at AMP Urology in Fulton.
Colleen Krug, PA-C is from Baldwinsville, NY, and earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2009 from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007 from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Colleen has 14 years of experience as a Physician Assistant. The majority of her career has been spent in CNY where she’s worked at Oswego County Opportunities and Associated Medical Professionals.
