Oswego Hospital is located within the city of Oswego, on the west side of the Oswego River. Our 164-bed community hospital can be found at the intersection of West Bridge and West 6th Street.
From Route 481 North to Oswego: At the first traffic signal, make a left onto West Utica Street. Proceed over the bridge and go to West 7th Street. Make a right on West 7th Street. The hospital will be on the right. It should be noted that the main entrance to the hospital is 110 W. 6th St. However, this is a one-way street north to south.
From the west: Take Route 104 East to Oswego. In Oswego, Route 104 becomes West Bridge Street. Take West Bridge Street to West 7th or West 6th Street. The hospital's main entrance is on West 6th Street. This street is a one-way street north to south.
From the east: Take Route 104 West into Oswego. Proceed on Route 104. As you enter Oswego, Route 104 becomes Bridge Street. Take Bridge Street to West 6th Street or West 7th Street. The hospital will be on the left.
Patients at Oswego Hospital can now take advantage of a perk that will keep them warm and dry when they arrive by vehicle at the healthcare facility: free valet parking services. Motorists who wish to take advantage of this new patient initiative need to just drive up to the hospital's main covered entrance between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. weekdays. A uniform attendant from Valet Park of America will greet patients when they arrive. When the patient is ready to return home, the attendant will retrieve their car, bringing it back to the hospital's covered entrance. Patients who need to remain at the hospital after 4:30 p.m. will be able to retrieve their car keys from hospital lobby security personnel.
Oswego Hospital's main lobby entrance is located at 110 W. 6th St. (West 6th is a one-way street, running south, in front of the hospital) in Oswego. If you have questions or need further guidance, just give us a call at 315.349.5511.
Our emergency department entrance is on West 7th Street. Free parking off West 7th Street is available for emergency department patients and their family members.
There is also free parking in our designated Oswego Hospital parking lots that are located off West 6th and West 7th streets. Motorists are urged to adhere to the posted signage when parking on city streets. During the winter months, there may be parking restrictions due to the weather conditions.

Patient preregistration
If you are scheduled for admission, many of the preliminary procedures, including much of the paperwork, may be completed in advance. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us at 315.326.3503.
Preadmission testing
If you are to be admitted for surgery, preparations may include completing preadmission testing and screening. Preadmission testing and screening are in the Health Services Center, Suite 270 of the hospital. If you have any questions, please call 315.349.5703.
To preregister for surgery, please call 315.349.5947. If your insurance plan requires notification, please complete that process before you arrive at the hospital.
Discharge
Discharge planning aims to improve the coordination of services and care after a patient's discharge from the hospital.
Oswego Hospital's case managers are available to every patient, regardless of the reason for a hospital stay. Before you leave the hospital, our registered nurses and social worker case managers can assist you with arranging appropriate community and home care services such as:

- Home physical therapy
- Home respiratory therapy and equipment
- Home IV infusion therapy
- Nutritional counseling
Access your medical records
