Linsay E. Bergeron, FNP-C

Linsay Bergeron, FNP-C, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Occupational, Employee, and Community Health Services at Oswego Health. A graduate of Rivier University with an MSN in Family Medicine (2022), Linsay also earned a BSN from SUNY Plattsburgh (2015) and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In her current role, Linsay provides comprehensive care, including physical examinations for employees and individual contracts such as DOT, Firefighter, Police, and Coast Guard personnel. She also facilitates preventative health services, routine immunizations, and sports and school participation exams for local school districts. Her passion is promoting workplace health and safety.

Previously, Linsay gained experience in student health services, family medicine, women’s health, and critical care nursing at esteemed institutions, including Dartmouth College, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and the University of Vermont Medical Center.

A member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Linsay combines her clinical proficiency with a passion for improving health outcomes in her community.

Comprehensive physicals offered

Our highly trained medical teams offer the following types of physicals:

  • New York State Department of Transportation
  • Pre-employment
  • Return-to-work
  • OSHA medical exams
  • Firefighter and police departments' medical clearance
  • School/sport/college

Many types of physicals require additional pre-employment and occupational medicine services, including:

DOT physicals

Whether you are an individual owner-operator or have a fleet of over-the-road trucks, Oswego Health can help. We offer comprehensive DOT and 19A physicals provided by seasoned practitioners trained in FMCSA regulations and Article-19A New York State requirements. Our scheduling is flexible, and we can provide same-day appointments and accommodate walk-in requests.

  • We offer the ability to join our DOT consortium.
  • During business hours, you can walk in for a urine drug screen and/or breath alcohol test performed by a DATIA certified specialist.
  • We also have an on-site medical review officer and use a lab certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for added security and peace of mind.

All our services are affordably priced and available at two convenient locations:
