Biography
Jason Pratt, PT, CSCS, brings over 25 years of experience in sports orthopedics, injury prevention, and ergonomics. As a dedicated Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he has enjoyed training and coaching youth athletes across various sports, including hockey, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse. Jason is passionate about helping athletes optimize their performance while minimizing the risk of injury, with a strong focus on injury prevention and ergonomic solutions for repetitive stress injuries.
