Oswego Health Welcomes Chonna Finch, MSN, PMHNP-BC to The Lobdell Center for Mental Health & Wellness at Lakeview

Oswego Health proudly announces that Chonna Finch, MSN PMHNP-BC, joined the health system to provide care at The Lobdell Center for Mental Health & Wellness at Lakeview.
Finch, who is AANC Board Certified, is now among the 100+ physicians and advanced practice providers employed by Oswego Health and the 270 providers on the medical staff representing multiple specialty services across the community.
Originally from Yonkers, NY, Finch earned a Master of Science as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in June 2024 from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2021 from Western Governors University and also earned a Bachelor of Psychology from Touro College in 2006.
From New York City Children’s Center in the Bronx to Bellevue Hospital Center in Manhattan, to the Jewish Board for Family Children Services in Hawthorne, to the Recovery/Detox Units at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, to the Psychiatric Emergency Program at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, Finch has 13 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in various mental health capacities for adolescents and adults throughout New York State.
As she joins the adult inpatient team at The Lobdell Center for Mental Health & Wellness at Lakeview, Finch will be instrumental in establishing a comprehensive and effective plan of care.
