Oswego Health today announced a partnership with Workforce Edge, a complete employee education management platform powered by Strategic Education, Inc., to provide its 1,300+ eligible employees access to low to no-cost degrees as well as other in-network associate, graduate, and certificate programs. The collaboration supports Oswego Health’s goal of providing its employees with clear pathways for career development in healthcare.
“Oswego Health continues to distinguish itself in the healthcare marketplace, and by announcing this comprehensive tuition assistance partnership, the company remains well positioned to recruit and retain skilled employees,” said Karl McDonnell, President and CEO, Strategic Education. “We’re looking forward to embarking on this journey with Oswego Health as they work to empower their employees with access to educational opportunities.”
Oswego Health employees will be able to take advantage of the generous tuition assistance benefits offered to them as a result of the Workforce Edge partnership beginning March 12th. Workforce Edge will serve as the one-stop-shop portal for Oswego Health to administer and disburse tuition assistance benefits for employees and aid the company in better understanding the impact of its investment.
“Through our partnership with Workforce Edge, we’re able to expand and improve our education assistance to our employees,” said VP of Human Resources & Chief People Officer, Marquand Brown. “The platform has allowed us to create an easy-to-use and helpful portal for our team where they can learn about the benefits that are now being offered to them. We’re excited to continue to elevate Oswego Health as a leading employer in the healthcare space.”
Workforce Edge serves as a solution to help employers offer their workforce higher education options that are customizable, relevant, innovative and affordable.
