At Oswego Health, we care about our community. We care about providing high-quality, accessible care. We care about being there.
As part of our 2024-2026 Community Health Needs Assessment, we want to hear directly from our residents! Simply take a 5-minute, confidential survey to help identify and assess the healthcare needs of our community. Oswego Health will then analyze the survey results to identify the health priorities of the community and set forth an implementation strategy. The survey is open until July 5 and can be accessed at www.oswegohealth.org/chna.
