This milestone event brings together runners, walkers, families, and the community for a day of fitness, wellness, and celebration—all while raising funds to support vital patient care right here in CNY.

Participants can compete in the 5K, join friendly contests, and explore a lively Wellness Fair full of interactive exhibits, local vendors, and health resources. In past years, highlights have included face painting, unique costume contests, and hands-on wellness demonstrations from community organizations and Oswego Health teams.
