Over $1 Million Invested in Dreams: How Oswego Health Supports Career Growth

At Oswego Health, our people are our greatest asset—which is why we put our dollars behind helping employees grow. Since 2021, we’ve invested more than $1.15 million in Tuition Assistance Programs for our workforce. From nurses to medical imaging, laboratory, and mental health professionals—our programs are creating new opportunities across the board.

The brainchild of VP of Nursing Operations, Missy Purtell, what began as a plan to attract and retain nursing staff has blossomed into a robust program offering assistance for:

  • Nursing degrees (LPN, RN, BSN, MSN)
  • Medical Imaging
  • Laboratory Technology
  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
  • Medical Assistants
