By Day, She Helps Patients…By Night, She Hunts Ghosts!
When you visit Lakeshore ENT, you’re likely greeted by Sierra Palmer, whose warm smile and upbeat personality immediately put patients at ease. As an Administrative Assistant, Sierra ensures that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve. But when the workday ends, her story takes a spine-tingling twist.
From Administrative Assistant to Paranormal Investigator
By night, Sierra becomes a paranormal investigator—the founder of Supernatural Stellar Investigations and a proud member of CNY Ghost Hunters Inc., a nonprofit organization exploring haunted history in Central New York since 1997. She has investigated historic sites such as Fort Ontario, where she has volunteered for annual ghost tours since 2014, and Rolling Hills Asylum in Bethany, NY, one of her favorite haunted locations.

Sierra’s unique passion recently earned her a feature on WSYR Channel 9’s “Backroads to Bridge Street”, a show highlighting everyday people in CNY doing extraordinary things. Sponsored by Oswego Health, the program reflects the same values we live by—caring for people every day, in extraordinary ways.
“For me, ghost hunting isn’t just about being spooked, it’s about history. Every place has a story to tell, and I love being able to share those stories.” — Sierra Palmer
A True Reflection of Oswego Health Values
Whether she’s helping patients navigate their healthcare needs by day or exploring the unknown by night, Sierra Palmer embodies the curiosity, compassion, and courage that define the Oswego Health family. Her story reminds us that passion and care extend far beyond the workplace—sometimes, it even reaches the supernatural.
