Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a well-established and growing practice. The incoming physician should have excellent clinical skills and expertise in echocardiography, TEE, stress echo and nuclear studies to provide high quality patient care in an outpatient and inpatient setting. The physician will spend time in an outpatient setting seeing new and established patients with the support of administrators, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and office staff.
Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established and growing practice. The incoming physician should have excellent clinical skills and expertise in general Gastroenterology diagnosis (screenings, GI bleeds, recall on polyps, scopes, etc.) in an outpatient and inpatient setting. ERCP skills are preferred, but not required. The practice is highly integrated and actively engaged in education and teaching within the local and regional academic medical community. The physician will spend time in an outpatient setting seeing new and established patients with the support of administrators, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and office staff.

Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified Gynecologist to build and lead a new practice in Oswego County, scheduled to open in fall 2026. The incoming physician will provide high-quality care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, diagnosing and managing a broad range of conditions—from infections and menstrual irregularities to hormone imbalances and gynecological cancers.
The successful candidate will perform essential exams (Pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams) and surgical procedures involving the uterus, pelvic organs, and cervix. We are looking for an experienced clinician with at least two years of practice who is comfortable supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team with the Center for Orthopedic Care. This candidate will conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations for general orthopedic patients to include joint replacement, upper extremity, lower extremity and sports medicine. Order, interpret and follow-up on diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and labs. Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care in an outpatient setting. Provide patient education regarding procedures, treatment options and recover plans. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists and other members of an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes. This full-time position is ideal for an Advanced Practice Clinician who has 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, preferably in Orthopedics or a Primary Care setting.
Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Anatomic and Clinical-Pathologist to join Oswego Health's growing Laboratory service line. This role will consist of overseeing anatomic pathology and the hospital-based laboratory, including but not limited to monitoring competency policies for staff and promoting a safe laboratory environment. Additionally, the incoming physician will perform diagnostic pathology, advise on the clinical significance of lab findings, and ensure test reports include proper context. Brewer General Laboratory experience is preferred.
Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physician to join our Primary Care team and drive practice growth within Oswego County.
In this family medicine role, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting medical histories and physical exams, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. You will also order diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals as needed.
You will manage a diverse panel of new and established patients, supported by a collaborative team of administrators, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and dedicated support staff.
