Our mission since we started as a small hospital in 1881 has been to provide safe, accessible, quality care, and improve the health of residents in our community. As a nonprofit healthcare system, Oswego Health invests every penny of income over expenses in caring for the community.
Simply put, we care about our patients, who are our friends, family, and neighbors.
If your organization’s objective, purpose, or goals could help further our mission, then we may be able to help.
OUR FOCUS AREAS
Based on our Community Health Needs Assessment, we are focusing on supporting organizations or causes that strive to promote:
- Preventative Care - We care about preventing illnesses before they happen so if your organization has identified programs or needs support raising awareness for cancer, mental health, addiction, obesity, heart attacks, or promotion of health and wellness, we encourage you to apply.
- Mental Health and Suicide Prevention - Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Oswego Health will work with community providers and affiliated organizations to increase mental health services offered throughout the community.
If your request for funding and support aligns with our mission and one of the areas of focus outlined in our Community Health Needs Assessment, please complete the form below for consideration. Please note, we are also a nonprofit and funds are limited. We will review all proposals on a rolling basis and make final decisions quarterly.
