At Oswego Hospital, we care about convenience, We care about making a connection. We care about finding answers. We care about what matters most...YOU!
Since we were founded over 140 years ago as a nonprofit hospital, we have expanded from a facility with just six beds to a fully equipped 132-bed community hospital offering acute medical, surgical, emergency, maternity, and behavioral health services.
The newly renovated medical-surgical units are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Oswego Hospital. Each patient room offers a "hotel-like" feel and is equipped with the latest technology.
Oswego Hospital's emergency services department is staffed 24 hours a day by board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses.
The intensive care unit (ICU) provides care to the most critically ill patients who require close observation and monitoring.
Mothers in labor will feel like they never left home at the homelike Maternity Center.
Oswego Hospital Serenity Room
While saying final goodbyes to a loved one are never easy, Oswego Hospital has created a peaceful serenity room where those last farewells can be expressed privately and with dignity.
The private room features homelike furnishings along with a private bed for the patient. Family members are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Food and beverages can be arranged so that the family can remain close to their loved one.
If you find yourself under the care of a physician at Oswego Hospital, it’s very likely a doctor known as a “hospitalist” who is caring for you.
