The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine at Oswego Health has appointed Kristie Hildreth, RN, as Clinical Nurse Manager. A resident of Baldwinsville, NY, Hildreth brings more than 20 years of progressive nursing and patient care experience across a wide range of clinical settings throughout Central New York.

With Hildreth’s extensive clinical background and patient-centered approach, the Center continues to strengthen its ability to meet the growing wound care needs of the community.
Hildreth began her healthcare career as a Certified Nurse Assistant with Syracuse Homes Association, where she provided direct patient care and assisted residents with activities of daily living. She later advanced into Patient Care Technician roles at St. Joseph’s Hospital, gaining experience in outpatient dialysis—managing patient schedules, monitoring vital signs, and overseeing treatments—as well as in an OB/GYN practice setting, where she ran laboratory operations, performed phlebotomy, monitored results, placed diagnostic orders, and assisted with examinations.
After earning her Registered Nurse credential from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing in Syracuse, Hildreth continued to expand her clinical expertise at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Her nursing experience includes medical-surgical care, home care case management, specialized wound care, and pre-admission testing. Most recently, she served as a Registered Nurse in Pre-Admission Testing, following five years in a hospital-based Wound Care Center, where she developed deep expertise in complex wound management and interdisciplinary care coordination.
