Community members are invited to meet the staff and tour the renovated offices of Oswego Health’s Primecare Medical Practice during an open house to be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 21st.
To meet the needs of the growing practice, the Primecare offices have been expanded to include more patient comforts. A recent construction project included the addition of more exam rooms, a larger waiting area and more private registration areas. Primecare is located in the lower level of the Central Square Medical Center, 3045 East Avenue (Route 49) in Central Square.
Primecare’s medical staff is accepting new patients and members of the community can meet the practice’s physicians and other caregivers at the open house. Providing care at Primecare are Heather Finger, MD, Vandana Patil, MD, Timothy Tramontana, MD and Kamal Gautam, MD, along with Claudia Krider, a physician assistant, and Cassandra Hunsberger, a family nurse practitioner.
Members of the Primecare staff provide care to community members of all ages. They are able to provide comprehensive primary care services. The Primecare staff is dedicated to providing exceptional medical care, including the treatment of upper respiratory issues, sick visits, injuries, infections, rashes and sprains or strains. The medical team can also provide physicals and smoking cessation counseling.
In addition, Dr. Tramontana is a Lipidologist certified by the American Board of Clinical Lipidology, allowing him to treat cholesterol abnormalities.
Those attending the open house are encouraged to watch for the parking signs and to use the back entrance to the Central Square Medical Center.
