Family Practice Physician Randolph Snow, DO, has joined Northern Oswego County Health Services Inc., (NOCHSI).
Dr. Snow will be providing family practice care to those of all ages. He earned his doctor of osteopathy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified in family medicine, hospital and palliative care, as well as addiction.
Dr. Snow completed his internship and residency at Saint Elizabeth’s Medical College in Utica. He holds a master’s of business administration from Pennsylvania State University’s The Behrend College and a Ph.D. from SUNY-Health Science Center in Syracuse. He earned his undergraduate degrees in biology and psychology from the Utica College of Syracuse University.
Before attending medical school, Dr. Snow developed medical school curriculums and taught medical students for 15 years. His teaching positions included Cornell University and Pikesville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Kentucky, where he was also among the college’s medical school founders.

In addition to working at NOCHSI, Dr. Snow is on the medical staff of Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica and also provides addition care at his private office in Utica.
