Physician Mini-Grant Program

The Oswego Health Foundation is excited to announce the winners of the 2016 Physician Mini-Grant Program. This program was made possible in 2016 by an undesignated donor bequest. A total of $10,000 was designated to fund selected physician projects. These projects- organized by local community physicians- focus on enhancing and have a direct impact on the health of the community. These selected prjects will also support the Oswego Health Community Health Service Plan. Applications were accepted until October 31st, and a total of 3 qualified projects were selected.
