The Oswego Health Foundation is excited to announce that applications are being accepted for the 2018 Employee Mini-Grant Program until March 15, 2018! This program allows Oswego Health employees to submit in an application to receive funding for unbudgeted items or needs.
For 2018 the Employee Mini-Grant Program encourages employees to think about and develop innovative projects that tie into the Mission, Vision and Values of Oswego Health. Applications will be considered for projects that align with the Mission and Vision of Oswego Health AND must tie to at least one of the Oswego Health Values.
Funds for the program come from what is raised from the employee giving campaign; We are the First Step, the previous year. The total amount allocated to the 2018 program is $23,600.

The applications should be typed, printed, signed by your director or division leader and submitted to the Foundation office by 4:30pm on March 15, 2018.
