The overall use of the blanket warmer has increased patient satisfaction, reduced anxiety, and improved pain control. We are grateful to have the ability to go the extra step and serve our patients with pride and compassion.
The Oswego Health Foundation is proud to announce the winners of the 2016 Employee Mini-Grant Program. A total of 20 applications were reviewed and all were great projects that would help to promote awareness of Oswego Health to our communities – both internal and external or would enhance customer experience. With a limited dollar amount to award the 2016 committee made some very tough decisions. The chosen projects are all wonderful projects that will certainly enhance the customer experience throughout Oswego Health.

The dollars to fund these projects came from the 2015 employee giving campaign – “We Are the First Step”. To the employees who gave to that campaign – THANK YOU! Your gifts have made these projects possible.
The 2017 “We are the First Step” campaign is ongoing – employees can give to support these types of projects through payroll deduction, monthly via the website or make a one-time gift either in person or online via the Oswego Health website at www.oswegohealth.org/foundation
We look forward to making this program even bigger next year and funding more employee driven projects!
