Barbara Bateman, Chair
Barbara Bateman has enjoyed working in retail banking for 27 years. She currently serves as the vice president, branch manager of NBT Bank NA, formerly Alliance Bank, NA, OCNB and OCSB. Throughout her career she has served in business development, branch administration and as the regional executive in the Oswego County market. Bateman has served on a variety of nonprofit boards including Oswego Health, Operation Oswego County, the Greater Oswego Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Friends of Oswego County Hospice, Salvation Army, the former Alliance Financial Charitable Foundation, and the Oswego County Community Foundation.
Adam Gagas, Past Chair
Breakwall Asset Management
Adam Gagas is the founder and CEO of Breakwall Asset Management, LLC, a New York State registered investment advisor here in Oswego, New York. Previously Adam was an analyst for Skandia Asset Management and Principal Global Investors in New York City. He was awarded an Alfa Fellowship and completed a year-long professional placement as an analyst in Russia. He is also the owner of Gagas Realty Corporation and a visiting assistant professor in the SUNY Oswego School of Business. Gagas is a graduate of Hobart College with an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU. Gagas’s community involvement includes being a member of the board at Pathfinder Bancorp, president of the Oswego Health system board, and a member of the board of the Riverside Cemetery.
Mark Slayton, Vice Chair/Treasurer
Mark Slayton is a certified public accountant licensed in New York State and a graduate of St. John Fisher College. Slayton joined the alumni and development offices at SUNY Oswego in July of 2000 as the director of finance for both the Oswego College Foundation, Inc. and the Oswego Alumni Association, Inc. Currently Slayton is responsible for the financial operations of both organizations, working with the Foundation's investment committee and overseeing the college's endowment fund. Slayton also works directly with the development officers and donors in helping to structure their major gifts. Slayton is also responsible for the Foundation's Planned Giving program.
William Reilly, Secretary

Bill Reilly moved to his adopted hometown of Oswego in 1996. For the past 17 years, Reilly and his wife, Mindy, have been the owners of the river's end bookstore. Prior to coming to Oswego, Reilly worked for Newsweek magazine in New York City. Since coming to Oswego, Reilly has been active with numerous community organizations.

As the Administrator for Rehab Resources and Little Lukes, Ed believes in mentoring and cultivating the right people to drive success in business. His Navy background and training in engineering offers expertise in creating systems for operational success. He believes that everyone who wants great healthcare close to home needs to support the Oswego Health system.
President of the Oswego Hospital Auxiliary Board
Julia Burns is a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. A lifelong resident of Oswego, Burns serves as president of the Oswego Hospital Auxiliary Board and president of the Oswego Kiwanis Club. She is also involved with the Oswego Ladies Home Auxiliary, the Christmas Tree Lighting Committee, Toys for Tots, and many local community and church events.
Pete Cullinan is a lifelong native of Oswego who, along with his wife, Kelly, is raising a son and a daughter. He has worked in the emergency planning field with a focus on nuclear plant emergency planning since 1990, first with Oswego County and currently with Entergy at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. Cullinan is a 1988 graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry with a bachelor of science in forest biology. In addition to Oswego Health, he has been involved with the American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross and the Town of Minetto Zoning Board of Appeals.

Rachael A. Dator is an associate attorney at Nelson Law Firm. She is a 2011 graduate of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science. Dator received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston in 2014. She recently moved to the Oswego area in early 2016, and looks forward to engaging and giving back to the community.

Allison A.N. Duggan, MD
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Oswego Hospital
Since she arrived at Oswego Health in 2001, Allison A.N. Duggan, MD, has enjoyed continued career advancement. Her first leadership position was chief of surgery at Oswego Hospital. Other roles have included president of the Oswego Hospital medical staff and vice president for medical affairs. In January 2014, she began her current position as Oswego Hospital's vice president and chief operating officer.
Dr. Duggan earned her bachelor's degree at New York University and her medical degree from Upstate Medical University. She completed her internship and residency at Howard University and recently completed the Cornell University/Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) Academy for Healthcare Leadership Advancement program.
She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, American Society of Breast Surgeons, Association of Women Surgeons and American Association for Physician Leadership.
Charles “Chuck” Gijanto

Charles “Chuck” Gijanto is President and CEO of Oswego Health.
He joined the health system in September of 2015 and arrived with 32 years of healthcare leadership experience, having served in a range of leadership positions, including CEO, Executive Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Gijanto earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Siena College and his master’s degree in Health Systems Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
