Welcome to the Oswego Health Employee Portal

With a few clicks you are able to access and request changes related to your employment information with Oswego Health. Current employees log-in using your current log-in credentials.

The Employee Portal allows you to view:

  • W-2 Statements
  • Bi-Weekly paychecks and historical paychecks
  • Demographic Information
  • Tax Exemptions
  • Banking Direct Deposit Information
  • PTO Balance

The Employee Portal allows you to access forms to make changes, including:

  • Tax forms
  • Direct Deposit forms
  • Change of Address forms
  • Mileage and Expense Reimbursement Forms

Change forms submitted to HR and Payroll will be processed bi-weekly.
