We know that a highly-educated workforce strengthens the quality of care we provide our patients. That’s why Oswego Health is offering a Tuition Assistance Program to support individuals interested in enhancing their career.

Educational Assistance Program

We provide educational assistance for our full-time and part-time employees. Full-time employees will receive 100% tuition assistance, not to exceed $3,000 per year. Part-time employees will receive 40% tuition assistance, not to exceed $3,000 per year.

Licensed Practical Nurse Assistance Program

Degree Type and Tuition:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse - $10,000

Requirements:

  • 1,200 hours to complete degree
  • Not to exceed $10,000 per year in payout annually
  • 2 years employment requirement at the completion of degree

RN Tuition Assistance Program

Degree Type and Tuition:

  • Advanced Degree in Nursing (ADN) - $20,000
  • Registered Nurse to Bachelors of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN) - $30,000
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing to Master of Science in Nursing (BSN to MSN) - $30,000

Requirements:

  • 3 years to complete degree
  • Not to exceed $10,000 per year in payout annually
  • 2 years employment requirement at the completion of degree

Medical Laboratory Technologist Tuition Assistance Program

Degree Type and Tuition:

  • BS Degree Medical Technology - $20,000
  • Associates Medical Technology - $20,000

Requirements:

  • 2 years to complete degree
  • Not to exceed $10,000 per year in payout annually
  • 2 years employment requirement at the completion of degree

Medical Imaging Tuition Assistance Program

Degree Type and Tuition:

  • BS Degree Medical Imaging - $20,000
  • Associates Medical Technology - $20,000

Requirements:

  • 2 years to complete degree
  • Not to exceed $10,000 per year in payout annually
  • 2 years employment requirement at the completion of degree

Oswego Health will pay for your training to be a Phlebotomist or a Certified Nursing Assistant!
