Long term care at The Manor at Seneca Hill emphasizes the importance of a caring environment and quality of life. Residents enjoy advanced care and traditional caring, at our home away from home.

Individualized care plans for each resident are developed by professional staff and regularly reviewed by interdisciplinary teams. Board certified medical practitioners including physicians and a full time nurse practitioner offer excellent medical care. Skilled, compassionate nurses care for residents. Nurses regularly take part in training to advance skills and update knowledge.

The rehabilitation potential of each resident is evaluated during admission, and throughout his or her stay. The therapy department provides individualized physical, occupational and speech therapy dedicated to achieving each resident’s maximum level of activity.

Our dietary staff is responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of nutritional meals and snacks.  Each resident is served three appetizing, nutritious meals daily, plus snacks and drinks throughout the day. Our registered dietitian is available to ensure special dietary needs are met.

Recreation specialists offer residents a wide range of activities to optimize quality of life and provide opportunities for continued personal growth. Computers, music and live entertainment, exercise, games and arts & crafts are among the varied options the recreation program offers that promote a healthy, active life.

The Wii interactive video game and our big screen TV provide entertainment and active recreation opportunities. Beautiful patios and outdoor garden areas are accessible for visiting with friends and enjoying the outdoors.

Religious services are held for most major faiths. Services for residents are held weekly, and frequent visits by clergy are encouraged.

Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, private pay and many insurance plans are accepted.
