Oswego Health offers a full range of educational services to our community residents. To take advantage of these services, with the exception of our monthly diabetes support group, a physician referral is required.

Oswego Health’s monthly Diabetes Support Group, lead by Certified Diabetes Educator Sue Calloway. The support group is open to the public and meets the third Wednesday of each month in the lower level conference room of Oswego Hospital.
