The purpose of this section is to alert you to the importance that Compliance has to Oswego Health and its affiliates; Oswego Hospital, Seneca Hill Manor, Springside at Seneca Hill, OH Properties, Ontario Medical Practice, P.C. and Hospitals Home Health Care. Included in the section you will find a copy of our Compliance Plan. Please review it and send any comments or concerns to my attention or to the attention of any member of our Corporate Team.
The Compliance Program was created to guide Directors, officers, employees, agents and vendors to perform their work in accordance with Oswego Health’s ethical standards and all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations presents on-going challenges due to the complexity of the health care environment and the constantly changing regulatory landscape. However, we remain committed to ensuring compliance in everything we do. Our employees are educated on the importance of compliance starting with their orientation and throughout their career. Each and every one of us has an obligation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Thank you for your commitment.
