The purpose of this section of our website is to inform you of the importance Oswego Health and its affiliates place on corporate compliance.
Each of our affiliates, Oswego Hospital, Seneca Hill Manor, Springside at Seneca Hill, OH Properties, Physician Care, PC, and Oswego Health Home Care are committed to following the guidelines of the Oswego Health Compliance Plan. The Compliance Program was created to guide our Board of Directors, officers, employees, agents and vendors to perform their work in accordance with Oswego Health’s ethical standards and all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations presents on-going challenges due to the complexity of the health care environment and the constantly changing regulatory landscape. However, we remain committed to ensuring compliance in everything we do.
Our employees are educated on the importance of compliance starting with their new employee orientation and continuing throughout their career at Oswego Health. Each and every one of us has an obligation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Thank you for your commitment.
