HOURS BI-WEEKLY: 80 (Full Time – Exempt)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelors Degree preferred with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 5 years of healthcare financial management experience preferably with 3 years in a hospital setting. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to be flexible with changing needs and deadlines. Must have solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, payor contracts and applicable rules and regulations affecting reimbursement for healthcare services. Computerized Patient Accounting system experience, Microsoft Office products knowledge. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Must have the ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel and outside professionals is a must. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with senior management values, management expectations, and service standards.
